Nick is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 35 years’ experience dealing with all aspects of commercial property. After being in private practice in Central London with Leighton Goldhill and Hillier Parker, Nick worked for 14 years with Arlington Business Parks, the UK’s leading developer of Business Parks. Nick joined the Practice in September 2002.

David has worked in the Commercial Property industry for a number of years and joined Gildersleve & Payne in 2015. Prior to that he worked for Howard Cundey in the commercial property team. David is at home dealing with all aspects of commercial property and currently works alongside Nick in the agency side of the business.

Jane has worked within the Commercial property market for more than 25 years and has worked with Peter Gildersleve since 1994 after working part time in the residential market for 7 years. Prior to that Jane worked in central London for a major film company and in Croydon for Commercial Property advisors.

Peter is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 40 years of experience dealing with all aspects of commercial property. After starting in private practice with Central London agents, Conrad Ritblat, Peter had 8 years when he looked after properties for a number of national multiple retail companies followed by 8 years with Grand Metropolitan acquiring and developing pubs and restaurants. Peter formed the practice of Robert Leech Commercial in 1992 which changed its name to Gildersleve & Payne in September 2006.
