Peter is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 30 years of experience dealing with all aspects of commercial property. After starting in private practice with Central London agents, Conrad Ritblat, Peter had 8 years when he looked after properties for a number of national multiple retail companies followed by 8 years with Grand Metropolitan acquiring and developing pubs and restaurants. Subsequently he formed the practice of Robert Leech Commercial in 1992 which has now changed its name to Gildersleve & Payne with effect from the 1st September 2006.

   


Nick is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 25 years experience dealing with all aspects of commercial property. After being in private practice in Central London with Leighton Goldhill and Hillier Parker, Nick worked for 14 years with Arlington Business Parks, the UK’s leading developer of Business Parks. Nick joined the Practice in September 2002.

   


Jane has worked within the Commercial property market for more than 15 years and has worked with Peter Gildersleve since 1994 after working part time in the residential market for 7 years. Prior to that Jane worked in London for a major film company and in Croydon for Stiles Harold Williams.
